Trivia:

The opening song to Tamayura is “Yasashisa ni Tsutsumareta Nara” which also happens to be the ending song to the famous Studio Ghibli movie; “Kiki's Delivery Service”.

Designed by Heinz Waaske more than 40 years ago, Rollei 35 series remains the smallest all-mechanical camera using full-frame 135 film even today, fitting its owner in the show, the small-statued Sawatari. The 35S Sawatari has was a later model equipped with Sonnar 40/2,8 lens, faster than the original 35 with Tessar 40/3,5 lens.

The opening sequence, with one smaller but brighter rectangular image moving horizontally above the same but wider view with less contrast, is mimicking the principle of superimposing rangefinder cameras. An out-of-focus object would appear as two nonaligned images at the center of the viewfinder; to focus on the subject, the camera user has to adjust the focusing so the two images would "superimpose" and become as one. Ironically, Sawatari's Rollei 35S is a simpler viewfinder camera and lacks the more sophisticated rangefinder mechanisms; user has to estimate the distance between the camera and the subject by his/her own.

All episode titles end with "nanode", which simply means "so". This also reflects how Fuu uses "nanode" a lot throughout the series.

In Episode 2, the camera that Riho Shihomi uses is a Nikon Digital SLR camera D700

In Episode 3, at 8:16~8:21, the camera that Sayomi Hanawa uses is a Canon Powershot D10

In Episode 4, at 10:04~10:27, the camera you've seen on this episode is the pink color edition of the Panasonic Lumix F2.
