Plot Summary: A twister sweeps Dorothy and her dog Toto to the land of Oz. The duo are later joined by the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion during their journey on the yellow brick road to Emerald City, where the Wizard of Oz resides. In exchange for granting their wishes and returning Dorothy and Toto home to Kansas, the Wizard of Oz commands the group to destroy the Wicked Witch of the West.
