Plot Summary: While vacationing, Miyuki Shiba and her friends find a stowaway on their jet, named Kokoa. Through her they learn of an illegal magical research project that could endanger the whole world. Tatsuya Shiba accepts her request to shut down the project and save her fellow research subjects from the cruel experimentation. Unfortunately, Tatsuya and his group run afoul of a team of elite magicians from the USA, called STARS, who intend to use more forceful methods to stop the threat.
