Trivia:

Mirage's car form as a Porsche 964 is a loose tribute to Michael Bay's 1994 film Bad Boys, which featured a similar car driven by Will Smith.

While driving Noah to the Autobots' hideout, Mirage mentions that Marky Mark will leave his rap music career to pursue acting. Marky Mark was the stage name of Mark Wahlberg, who went on to star in Transformers: Age of Extinction and Transformers: The Last Knight.

Ron Perlman reprises his role as Optimus Primal from the 2018 animated miniseries Transformers: Power of the Primes.

Scourge's truck mode is an homage to the truck from Steven Spielberg's 1971 film Duel. The various insignias on the grill references the license plates of the Duel truck's victims.

Pete Davidson based his performance of Mirage on comedians Jim Carrey and Adam Sandler.

Mirage was originally featured in Transformers: Dark of the Moon as a Ferrari 458 Italia, but Ferrari requested the robot to be renamed "Dino" in the film

Wheeljack was originally featured in Transformers: Dark of the Moon as a Mercedes-Benz E550, but he was known in the film as "Que".

While Mirage convinces Noah to get the Transwarp Key on Ellis Island for the Autobots in exchange for making quick cash from selling him later, he transforms into a Lamborghini Countach (an homage to the G1 forms of Sideswipe and Sunstreaker) and an open-wheel race car (a direct nod to his G1 incarnation).
