Plot Summary: Hisako is saved by a golden-eyed wolf after being harassed in the street. When the man tries to call the police on the animal, she brings it back to her home. After another man attempts to swoon her at her door, the wolf transforms into a man by the moonlight to scare off her suitor. Yato, now in human form, follows the encounter by taking Hisako to bed himself. Even though she allows him to continue living with her, she struggles with accepting that her partner is a beast.
