On board the 21st Century Limited, Mr. Pompous and Astro Boy are greeted by a mysterious traveler. Before making a hurried escape from the moving train, he leaves both a jewel and a cryptic message. As the Science Institute races to unravel the mystery, the Crimson Brotherhood is only steps behind...and they will stop at nothing to gain possession of the jewel!
