To finance the project to have her baby, Mai is offered a job as a DNA Hunter. Her clients are women wanting to have children. Her mission is to obtain semen for her clients from the men they desire. Essentially, Mai needs to have sex with the man that her clients desire to obtain his semen.

Volume 2: Her next mission and target is a famous, wealthy businessman. On a guise as a new employee at his favorite restaurant, Mai goes forward with her mission. Interrupted by his bodyguard, Mai is unable to complete her mission, but is invited to his mansion the next day. She completes her mission, but, as she is leaving, she is chained and drugged. He likes to keep his favorite women as his personal slave. Will the other DNA Hunters rescue her or is she fated to become a sex slave?!

Volume 3: Mai is in the hotel room with her latest target. As she is leaving the hotel with another DNA Hunter, they are kidnapped by a group of men dressed in black.As Mai regains consciousness, she finds herself tied up in an abandoned building. Two other DNA Hunters are both naked, tied up, and drugged. She is forced to watch them get raped with she refuses to cooperate!

Eventually escaping, she learns about the shocking Avalon Project, and the fact that her fiance might still be alive. Mai tries to access the main computer at work to find out but is captured by the mysterious men again. Will Mai find her way out of the Web of Deception? Will she be able to escape her captors again?
