Megumi Nakajima to Sing Lagrange's 2nd Season Opening Theme

The official Twitter account for the Rinne no Lagrange (Lagrange - The Flower of Rin-ne) television anime announced on Sunday that the voice actress/singer Megumi Nakajima will perform the second season's opening theme song. Rasmus Faber will return to compose and arrange the song. Nakajima sang the opening and ending theme songs for the series' first season, which premiered in Japan from January 8 to March 25.

A Rinne no Lagrange soundtrack CD that features Nakajima's previous theme songs "TRY UNITE!" and "Hello!" was released in Japan for 3,045 yen (about US$37) on March 28. Her single CD with the songs also shipped in Japan on February 1.

Nakajima debuted as an anime voice actress and theme song performer with her role as Ranka Lee in the Macross Frontier television anime series. She has also voiced characters and performed theme songs for anime including Kämpfer, Kobato, and Basquash!.

The second 12-episode season of Rinne no Lagrange will premiere in Japan in July. Production of a side-story original video anime project, Rinne no Lagrange: Kamogawa Days, has also been green-lit.
