Go Nagai Concert to Feature Music from Mazinger Z, Cutie Honey, Dororon Enma-kun

An orchestral concert featuring music from the works of Gō Nagai will be coming to the Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre on September 18. It will include songs from variety of his original works, such as Mazinger Z, Devilman, Cutie Honey, and Dororon Enma-kun.
The concert will also feature special guest Ichirō Mizuki, who sang the theme songs for Mazinger Z, Great Mazinger, Godannar, Space Pirate Captain Harlock, and several Kamen Rider live-action shows. Mizuki also founded the anime rock-group JAM Project, which has performed theme songs for Cardfight!! Vanguard, Garo the Animation, One-Punch Man, and Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
Orchestral versions of songs used in Gō Nagai's works will be played by the Tokyo New City Orchestra, which will be conducted by Kazuki Wada, while images from the anime are displayed.
The concert will be performed twice, at 3PM and 7PM on Sunday, September 18. Tickets range from 5,000 yen to 7,000 yen (about US$50 to $70) depending on which section the seats are located in.
