Madhouse Website Posts Boogiepop and Others Anime Materials

Every week, Madhouse's website has been posting materials for the Boogiepop and Others anime. There have been seven installments so far. The latest feature is "clothing designs" by designer Mebachi.
Previous features focused on character designs, background designs, OP and ED video materials, and character and background designs unique to episode 7.
Make sure you check out the short movie showing off the line art of Arifumi Imai's key animation for the final cut of the OP, which shows Nagi scaling a building and clenching her fists for a punch. Imai is best known as an action animation director for Attack on Titan, and personally animated many of the anime's most iconic action scenes.
Boogiepop and Others first premiered in January. The anime is based on Kouhei Kadono's Boogiepop and Others (Boogiepop wa Warawanai) light novel series, which was first published in 1998. Madhouse previously animated the Boogiepop Phantom 2000 television anime, consisting of original stories set after the first novel in the series.
