Dr. Stone Exhibition Includes Interactive Science Experiments

The prehistoric science of Dr. Stone will come to life at an exhibition in Tokyo this month. The "Experimenting with Manga: AGC MEETS Dr.STONE" exhibition will take over the AGC Studio on July 20. AGC (Asahi Glass Japan) is the largest glass company in the world and manufacturers both glass products and chemicals. The exhibition will make science approachable by incorporating real experiments into the world of Dr. Stone.
The organizers have recreated protagonist Senku's lab as the primary test site. Participants can try on the mask worn by Suika or head to the "Glass Record" area to listen to the anime's theme songs using a glass speaker. Other areas include a power generator and an original artwork gallery where a stained glass version of Senku can be viewed.

The exhibition will run until August 31 and admission is free.
Riichirou Inagaki and Boichi's Dr. Stone manga takes place after humanity was petrified by a flash of light. Thousands of years pass before high school boy Taiju awakens among the statuesque remnants of civilization. His friend Senku has also returned to life and promises to bring mankind back to its former glory with the power of science.
The anime will debut on Tokyo MX on July 5 and Crunchyroll will stream the series. Crunchyroll will screen the first episode at Anime Expo on July 4 at 12:00 p.m. Funimation will stream a simuldub of the anime.
Viz Media is publishing the manga series in English.
