Digital Manga to Publish Worst

Following their initial forrayinto Manga publishing with a series of four titles co-published with Dark Horse, Digital Manga Publishing recently announced their first, entirely self-published manga, Ikebukuro West Gate Park (IWGP). Now they have followed that with the announcement of their second self-published release, Worst.

With story & art by Hiroshi Takahashi's, Worst is currently one of the best selling manga in Japan.

Although final dates have not yet been confirmed, IWGP and Worst are both expected to be released this summer.

Excerpt from Announcement:

There is no room for deceit and underhanded tricks at the notorious High School "Suzuran". These young men follow a strict honor code when it comes to brawling - very reminiscent of the mafia in the early days. Traditionally called a "Yankee Manga" (the meaning and pronounciation of Yankee being different than the English word, meaning young male highschool gang genre of manga), Worst typically involves delinquent young men and thugs like "Han Tsukishima" who is making his way through the ranks to rule over the rest at school.
