Official blog cites "production issues" for going off the air
The official blog of the Kotatsu Neko television anime series has announced on Friday that the anime's broadcast will end this month due to "production issues."
The project, which is an adaptation of an earlier "live-action science-fiction/fantasy romance" film of the same name, premiered as a series of anime shorts in October.
Iyasakadō Film, the production company of the Kotatsu Neko anime, revealed at Tokyo International Anime Fair that it is planning a television anime version of Waka Sakamoto and L.A. tomari's Sock Monkey Loves You. (Sock Monkey wa Kimi ga Suki) hobby craft book for this summer.
