Arrietty U.S. BD/DVD Slated for May with Laputa, Whisper

Walt Disney Studios has confirmed that it is releasing not only The Secret World of Arrietty on Blu-ray Disc on May 22, but also Blu-ray Disc versions of two other Studio Ghibli films: Castle in the Sky (Laputa) and Whisper of the Heart. Arrietty will have both a Blu-ray/DVD double pack and a stand-alone DVD, with a suggested price of US$39.99 and US$29.99 respectively. Disney has not yet confirmed that this version will have both the American English dub and the British English dub, as the Ghibli ga Ippai "North American" version in Japan will have.
The Secret World of Arrietty broke records of previous Ghibli releases by earning US$18.6 million in theaters in North America so far. The film is based on Mary Norton's classic English novel, The Borrowers.
