Kyudo Boys' Keiko Nishi to Launch Ta-Tan Manga in Big Comic Original

This year's 23rd issue of Shogakukan's Big Comic Original will announce on Thursday that it will launch three new series and one one-shot manga in the coming issues. Keiko Nishi will begin a new series titled Ta-Tan in next year's second issue of the magazine. This will be the josei manga artist's first series in a seinen magazine.

JManga published two volumes of Nishi's four-volume series Kyudo Boys, about the romantic relationships of a group of high school boys, digitally in English before the the site ended service last May. Her Otoko no Isshō (A Man's Lifetime) manga will get a live-action film in February.

Yasushi Hoshino will begin ABC Satsujin Jiken, a manga series based on Agatha Christie's The A.B.C. Murders (ABC Satsujin Jiken) and Murder in the Mews, in this year's 24th issue.

In addition, Shinobu Arima will write and new manga artist Naoji Okuyama will draw Akaboshi Haiku-jō in next year's first issue. Yuu Nakahara (Last Inning, Bucchigiri) will launch a one-shot titled F he no Kikan based on a story by Tsutomu Kamishiro (Last Inning) in the third issue.
