Cross Ange Manga Ends With 3rd Volume

Kenjirō Takeshita provided art for adaptation of robot anime

Japanese publisher Kadokawa shipped the third and final volume of the Cross Ange manga on Monday. Kadokawa's announcement of the third volume noted that the manga has a different ending than the anime series.

The Japanese ComicWalker website began serializing the manga adaptation of Sunrise's robot anime Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons in August 2014. The English ComicWalker site added the manga in October 2014, and it has published all 43 chapters and the "chapter 0" prologue in English.

Kenjirō Takeshita penned the art for the manga. Tatsuto Higuchi, who was in charge of the series composition for the anime, collaborated on the story.

The Cross Ange: Rondo of Angels and Dragons anime began airing last October. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan and Sentai Filmworks licensed the series for digital and home video release in North America.
