Ikemen Sengoku Historical Romance Mobile Game Gets PS Vita Port

Mobile game developer CYBIRD announced during a stage event at the Animate Girls Festival 2015 this past weekend that its Ikemen Sengoku: Toki o Kakeru Koi (Hot Guy Sengoku: Love That Jumps Through Time) iOS and Android game will get a PlayStation Vita port. The port is titled Ikemen Sengoku: Toki o Kakeru Koi ~Arata Naru Deai~ (New Meeting) and is slated for fall 2016.
The game will be fully voiced and will add two new characters, Mori Ranmaru and Imagawa Yoshitomo. (Historical Japanese names are listed family name first here, while modern names are listed given name first.) Shōta Aoi will play Mori Ranmaru.
In the game's story, the protagonist is sent back in time to the Sengoku period, where she meets notable historical figures such as Oda Nobunaga (voiced by Tomokazu Sugita), Date Masamune (Kazuki Katou), and Sanada Yukimura (Yoshimasa Hosoya). Several of the game's other cast members appeared at the announcement event: Kenji Akabane (Sarutobi Sasuke) Hiroaki Miura (Uesugi Kenshin), and Toshiki Masuda (Tokugawa Ieyasu).
The original game free-to-play game launched in Japan on June 22. It is part of the "Ikemen Series" of historical romance games for female players. The games take place in different eras of history. CYBIRD has released Midnight Cinderella: Ikémen Royal Romances and Destined to Love: Ikémen Samurai Romances in English.
