Fairy Tail Gaiden: Raigō Issen Spinoff Manga About Laxus Ends

Kodansha's "Magazine Pocket" manga app will publish the last chapter of Kyōta Shibano's Fairy Tail Gaiden: Raigō Issen (Fairy Tail Spinoff: Flash of Great Lightning) spinoff of Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail manga on September 14. The manga focuses on the character Laxus Dreyar.
Shibano launched the Raigō Issen manga on May 4. Shibano previously launched the Fairy Tail Gaiden: Rhodonite spinoff manga in "Magazine Pocket" last November, and ended it on March 30. That earlier manga centered on Gajeel Redfox.
Shibano debuted Fairy Tail Gaiden: Kengami no Sōryū (Fairy Tail Spinoff: Twin Dragons of Sabertooth) in the "Magazine Pocket" app in July 2015 as a part of the app's launch. Kodansha released the manga in one compiled volume in Japan in January. Kodansha Comics will publish the compiled volume in English this December.
