Force of Will Film's 2nd Trailer Previews Ramayana-based Short 'Raam'

The official YouTube channel for Force of Will the Movie, the animated film adaptation of the Force of Will trading card game, began streaming the second trailer for the film on Sunday. The trailer focuses on "Raam: The Bridge to Lanka," a short based on the poem Ramayana.

The staff describes the "Raam: The Bridge to Lanka" short as follows:

The story is based on Ramayana, one of the two great epics of Hindu mythology. First original creation signed by " RiFF studio, " a highly noticeable animation company in Thailand!

The story takes place in the year 5076 of the cosmic history, in an interstellar world 5000 years after our time. There, still remains the immaculate love between Prince Rama and his wife Sita. There, also, occurs continously a tragedy. Will Prince Rama be able to save his wife kidnaped by Ravana, King of the Rakshasa...?

The channel previously streamed a trailer for "L.S," the Cthulu myth-based short.

Force of Will the Movie will be an omnibus film containing six different animated shorts telling different stories based on the concept of the trading card game. Each short will be approximately 15 minutes long. The film will open in 2018.

Force of Will Inc. launched the trading card game in Japan in October 2012. The game is available in English, and several online manga adaptations and short stories are also available in English.
