M&C! Licenses Yuki Shraishi's What if I said I love you. Manga

Manga about perfect guy whose 1st crush was on another guy ships on January 17

Indonesian publisher M&C! announced on Wednesday that it has licensed Yuki Shiraishi's What if I said I love you. (Kimi wa, Ore ga Suki Datte Ittara Donna Kao Suru Darou.) manga. The manga is slated to ship on January 17.

The manga centers on Hayato Kanzaki, a handsome guy who is popular and seen as the "perfect guy" in his high school. Even with his popularity, he struggles with one thing: The first crush he ever had in his life is with a guy from the basketball team named Minato Asahina. While Hayato is entranced with Minato's way of playing basketball, Minato has his own things to hide.

The manga launched in Shogakukan's Sho-Comi magazine in April 2016, and ended in October of the same year. Shogakukan published the manga's third and final compiled book volume in December 2016.

M&C! has published Shiraishi's other manga, including Love, Beast, and Handsome Boys (Koi to Kemono to Seitokai), My Handsome Brothers (Futei de Furachi na Ani desuga.), and Idol X Actor X Megane (Ano Ko no, Toriko.). A live-action film adaptation of Ano Ko no, Toriko. has been green-lit for 2018.
