Tezuka Mix Magazine Lists More Japanese Manga Creators

The official website of Tezuka Productions' upcoming Tezuka Mix magazine revealed more Japanese manga creators who will publish a work in the magazine. The newly revealed creators include:
- Gengoroh Tagame (My Brother’s Husband)
- Kotobuki Shiriagari (Sukiyaki Western Django, Ano Hi Kara no Manga)
- Radio Wada (Neko mo, Onda-ke)
- Enokids (Kotoura-san)
- Bureidō (pen name for Mikado Muramasa, Robo Miyamoto, and Toshikiri Hamamura)
- Kubukurin (Splash to Love, How To Get Dumped In Style)
- Kentarō Ueno (Sayonara mo Iwazu ni)
- Arusen Shimure (Aoki Hibi wa.)
- Fū Furuse (Tokyo 7th Sisters) and Ringo Takanashi (Mizuiro no Idea)
- Ayako Ishiguro (Ōki Neko to Chiisana Neko)
In addition, the site lists Rumiko Tezuka, the daughter of Osamu Tezuka, as well as Livedoor founder and former president Takafumi Horie as columnists for the magazine. The site hints that the magazine will reveal more creators at a later date.
The site previously listed other manga creators, including Hiroyuki Takei (Shaman King, Ultimo, Nekogahara: Stray Cat Samurai), Atsushi Kaneko (Bambi and her Pink Gun, Deathco, SOIL), and Yūko Higuchi (Gustave). Takei's manga for the magazine is teased with an illustration below.
The magazine celebrates the 90th anniversary since the pioneering manga creator Osamu Tezuka's birth in 1928. The first issue will ship on April 30, and it will run monthly for 18 issues. The magazine will include works from manga creators in Japan as well as artists from the West, and they will contribute remakes or homages of Tezuka's work.
The website also listed the Western artists who will publish works in the magazine. Each issue will feature a one-shot spinoff of a Tezuka manga from these artists. The spinoff works, and their contributing artists, include: Message to Adolf by Juan Diaz Canales, Jungle Emperor by Reno Lemaire, Black Jack by Ken Niimura and Joe Kelly, Son-Goku the Monkey by Kenny Ruiz, Princess Knight by Elsa Brants, Metropolis by Mathieu Bablet, Dororo by Philippe Cardona and Florence Torta, and Apollo's Song by Luis NCT.
Each issue of the magazine will have a theme, and will republish a Tezuka work based on that theme.
