Adult visual novel developer Circus announced on Sunday that it is developing a Da Capo 4 (D.C. 4) project as its 20th project. The company will open the official website for the project on November 11.
The company also revealed on Sunday that it is releasing the D.C. Da Capo Archives Sakura Edition game collection on January 25, 2019. The game collects all 21 titles in the Da Capo franchise, and will be available for Windows 7, 8, and 10. The collection retails for 29,800 yen (about US$265).
All three main games of the series (D.C. ~Da Capo~, Da Capo II, and Da Capo III) have inspired respective anime adaptations of the same name. The franchise has also inspired three OVAs and several manga adaptations. Crunchyroll streamed D.C.III ~Da Capo III~ as it aired starting in January 2013.
MangaGamer has released several of the visual novels in the series in English.
