Crunchyroll Adds Are You Lost?, Magical Sempai, To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts Anime

Crunchyroll announced at its panel at Anime Central on Friday that it will stream the Are You Lost?, Magical Sempai, Hakata Mentai! Pirikarako-chan, To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts, and In/Spectre anime. In/Spectre will debut in winter 2020, and the other anime will debut this summer.

The anime adaptation of Kentarō Okamoto and Riri Sagara's Are You Lost? (Sōnan desu ka?) manga will premiere on Tokyo MX and other channels in Japan in July. Crunchyroll describes the series:

Because of a plane crash…starting today, we're spending the springtime of our lives on a desert island!! There's nothing here, so we have to make everything!! And eat everything!! (Ugh!) Check out our high school girl survival story of courage and knowledge. We're actually doing pretty well! [Volume One Includes:] How to eat cicadas, how to build traps, a simple allergy test, how to eat hermit crabs, etc.

Nobuyoshi Nagayama (My Girlfriend is Shobitch, Happy Sugar Life) is directing the anime at Ezóla (Happy Sugar Life). Touko Machida (Lucky Star, The IDOLM@STER, Happy Sugar Life) is in charge of series composition. Junnosuke Nishio is designing the characters, and Reiko Sato (Happy Sugar Life) is designing the props. Noboru Sakuma is in charge of the concept art and art design. Tsutomu Nishikura is directing the art, and Yumika Ogawa (Happy Sugar Life color key assistance) is the color key artist.

Yuuji Oka (Happy Sugar Life) is editing, and Teruaki Sugawara is directing the sound. Akiyuki Tateyama (Kemono Friends, Gakuen Basara: Samurai High School, Laid-Back Camp) is composing the music. NAS is presenting the project.

The television anime adaptation of AZU's Magical Sempai (Tejina Senpai) manga will premiere on Tokyo MX and other channels in Japan in July. Crunchyroll describes the series:

“I encountered her … a cute, but ‘weird’ sempai!” Magic-loving but stage-fright-addled, this sempai comes with a failure rate of 100%—but you can't take your eyes off her! The off-color, magical gag manga that's caused an uproar all over Japan is finally here! Here's to non-athletic hobbies!

Fumiaki Usui (episode director for Chaos;HEAd, Spice and Wolf, Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere II) is directing the series at Liden Films, and Rintarou Ikeda (Love and Lies, Hakyū Hōshin Engi, Love Tyrant scripts) is both writing and overseeing the series scripts. Eriko Itō (Love and Lies, Poco's Udon World) is serving as both character designer and chief animation director.

The Hakata Mentai! Pirikarako-chan anime shorts will debut on Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting in July. Crunchyroll describes the series:

Synopsis: Hakata Mentai! Pirikarako-chan is set in a mysterious shopping center in a town that is like but also not quite like Hakata. In this setting, a walleye pollack roe fairy named Pirikarakochan rushes about every day trying to ease the worries and solve the rumors of the other food fairies.

Taketomo Ishikawa is directing the anime, and is also credited for character design and prop design. Shingo Irie is writing and overseeing the anime's script. Manabu Keita is credited for art board and setting. Norifumi Nakamura is the art director. Sakiko Teguramori is in charge of color setting. Tomoya Hosaka is the director of photography. Yuki Honda is the editor. Shiori Yamazaki is the sound director. Tetsuya Kobayashi is composing the music. G-angle is credited for sound production and production.

The television anime of Maybe's To the Abandoned Sacred Beasts (Katsute Kami Datta Kemono-tachi e) manga will premiere in July on Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS11. Crunchyroll describes the series:

The democratic nation of Patria was created on the continent of Patria.

Because of economical disputes, the country split north and south, creating the Northern Union of Patria and the Southern Confederation of Patria and they waged a long civil war. With their numbers dwindling, the North decides to use forbidden technology in order to defeat the South. This technology turns humans into monster-like soldiers, giving them almost godlike powers. And with those powers, the long war came to an end and peace was restored.

Incarnates. They were the heroes who saved the country and were regarded as gods.

Time had passed, leaving the war behind. The people who had given up their human forms to become Incarnates were now feared by the masses due to their overwhelming power and were now called Beasts.

The former captain of the Incarnate squad, Hank, was on a journey to find his former Incarnate comrades who had turned into Beasts and was hunting them down as the Beast Hunter. A young woman named Schaal was on a journey to find the person who killed her Incarnate father. She encounters Hank and decides to go on a journey with him to discover the truth behind her father's death. She eventually finds out that the battle is never truly over, and the existence of the man Hank is looking for who is apparently responsible for letting the Beasts loose into the world.

Where does Hank's path lead him, as he bears the sins for killing his own comrades?

Jun Shishido (storyboards and episode director for Yuri!! on Ice, Death Parade, Banana Fish) is making his series directorial debut with this anime at MAPPA, and Shigeru Murakoshi (Zombie Land Saga) is in charge of the series scripts. Daisuke Niinuma (episode animation director for Banana Fish, Kids on the Slope) is designing the characters, and is also serving as the chief animation director. Takayuki Sano is credited for Incarnate design. Chikako Kamata (Yuri!! on Ice, Banana Fish) is the color designer, while Hirofumi Morikawa (Banana Fish) is the art director. Momoko Mifune (Yuri!! on Ice, Banana Fish) is the director of photography, and Satoshi Aihara is the editor.

Staff of the television anime of Kyo Shirodaira and Chasiba Katase's In/Spectre (Kyokō Suiri or Invented Interface) manga have not confirmed a premiere date. Crunchyroll describes the series:

Both touched by spirits called yokai, Kotoko and Kuro have gained unique superhuman powers. But to gain her powers Kotoko has given up an eye and a leg, and Kuro's personal life is in shambles.
