Gundam Unicorn's Fukui Writes New Bonus Video for Gundam Blu-ray Reissues

The Gundam.info portal announced on Friday that author Harutoshi Fukui is writing a story for a "new bonus video" titled "Mobile Suit Gundam: Hikaru Inochi Chronicle U.C." (Mobile Suit Gundam: Shining Life Chronicle U.C.).
The video will be included with the first four releases in the "U.C. Gundam Blu-ray Libraries" series of Blu-ray Disc re-releases of the Universal Century installments in the Gundam franchise to commemorate the overall franchise's 40th anniversary. It is unclear if each release will have a different "Mobile Suit Gundam: Hikaru Inochi Chronicle U.C." video or if the video will be the same for each release.
Releases of Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, Miller's Report, Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: The Afterglow of Zeon, Mobile Suit Gundam: Char's Counterattack, and Mobile Suit Gundam F91 with the bonus video will launch on September 26.
Releases of Mobile Suit Gundam - The Movie Trilogy and Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam: A New Translation will launch on December 25, and releases of Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team, Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO, Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket, and Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory will launch on February 27, 2020. Gundam.info will reveal further releases at a later date.
All the releases will include English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese subtitles.
Fukui is the original author of the Mobile Suit Gundam UC novels. He launched the Mobile Suit Moon Gundam manga with illustrator Takayuki Kosai in 2017, and also recently wrote the script for last year's Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative film.
