M&C! Licenses 2nd Re:Zero Manga

Indonesian publisher M&C! revealed on Wednesday that it has licensed Makoto Fugetsu's Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Chapter 2: A Week at the Mansion manga, the adaptation of the second arc of Tappei Nagatsuki's Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- light novels. The company will release the first volume in the first week of May.
The second arc of the light novels begins when Emilia takes Subaru back to the Mathers estate to recover. There he meets the servants Ram and Rem, as well as the librarian Beatrice. While welcome at first, Subaru becomes more deeply embroiled in the secrets that everyone is keeping, and only his ability to wind back time after dying prevents him from meeting a permanent end at the hands of those he least expects.
Fugetsu serialized the manga in Square Enix's Big Gangan magazine from November 2014 to October 2017. M&C! previously released Daichi Matsuse's Re:ZERO -Starting Life In Another World- Chapter 1: A Day in the Capital manga adaptation of the novels' first arc.
The second half of the Re:Zero light novels' second season anime adaptation premeired on January 6. Animax Asia aired the anime in Southeast Asia as it aired in Japan.
