Pokémon GO Game Hosts Indian Qualifiers for World Championship on May 15

The Indian Instagram account for the Pokémon GO app announced on April 22 that the Indian qualifiers for the game's World Championship will take place on May 15. Registrations for the World Championship are open until May 12 at 9:30 p.m. IST.
Players can register for the competition on ESL gaming's website. The website has listed the rules for the competition.
The Pokémon GO app launched in select countries in July 2016.
Niantic hosted the India Wayfarer Challenge for the game in February 2021. The game added Alola region Pokémon on March 1.
