Jamnime Festival in Thailand Screens Detective Conan vs. Kid the Phantom Thief Compilation Film

The festival will take place on February 2-4 at Paragon Cineplex, Major Cineplex Central Chiangmai, KORAT Cineplex, Central SiRacha, and Hatyai Cineplex. Other films planned to screen at the festival include Mobile Suit Gundam Seed FREEDOM, Komada - A Whisky Family, Pole Princess!!, My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom!, and Perfect Blue.
Detective Conan vs. Kid the Phantom Thief opened in Japan on January 5. The film ranked #4 in its opening weekend.
The compilation combines and re-edits television episodes including the debut of Kid the Phantom Thief, and adds new footage to the story in episode 76, when Conan and Kid had their first confrontation. The special also features exclusive new footage of "cherished interactions" between the two characters. The film is meant to be a companion to the upcoming Detective Conan: Hyakuman Doru no Michishirube film on April 12.
