New Bushiroad Trading Card Game Releases Announced for 2023
Singapore (October 12, 2022) – New product releases for Bushiroad English Edition Trading Card Game (TCG) titles Cardfight!! Vanguard & Weiß Schwarz for the end of 2022 and early 2023 are announced through the Bushiroad English Conference Autumn. This video premiered on YouTube on October 12, 2022.
Cardfight!! Vanguard
On December 16, 2022, Booster Pack 07: Raging Flames Against Emerald Storm will be released.
This product contains support cards for the five main Nations in the game. Each Nation features different themes and playstyles that players can enjoy. Booster Pack products contains cards that can be used to upgrade Trial Decks and existing decks, or to build completely new decks.
Collectible cards with the “Dress Secret Rare” rarity will also return in this product.
These cards feature original illustrations by CLAMP, the studio that designed the characters for Cardfight!! Vanguard overDress. CLAMP are a group of artists famous for iconic works such as Cardcaptor Sakura, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles.
On February 3, 2023, Booster Pack 08 Minerva Rising will be launched.
The key visual for this set prominently features the iconic Minerva, which is returning as an Encounter Card. These Encounter Cards feature units from the game's past reimagined for the current game format.
A special rarity for Minerva will also be available, called the Serial Number Rare.
Two other popular units, Luquier and Maelstrom, will also be making their return as Encounter Cards in Booster Pack 08 Minerva Rising.
Bushiroad's flagship card game Cardfight!! Vanguard recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. The TV anime series has aired since January 2011, and over 2 billion cards have been sold through multimedia expansion worldwide. Cardfight!! Vanguard has since been adapted into comics, stage performances, and various events and collaborations with external partners.
Weiß Schwarz
The upcoming English Edition Original title The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments will be released on December 16, 2022.
These cards feature a rainbow hot stamp autograph from the voice actors. Additional cards will be revealed soon.
The fan-favourite series Kaguya-sama: Love is War is receiving an upgrade with Booster Pack Kaguya-sama: Love is War?.
The booster pack will drop just in time for Valentine's Day on February 17, 2023.
Critically acclaimed animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender is making its way onto the Weiß Schwarz stage as an English Edition Original.

Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Sword Art Online with the release of Booster Pack Animation Sword Art Online 10th Anniversary.
Celebrate the 5th anniversary of BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! with the release of Intro Deck and Booster Pack BanG Dream! Girls Band Party! 5th Anniversary.
The intro deck and booster pack will feature exclusive cards with the “Anniversary” trait.
The popular series about making a visual novel receives a personality upgrade with Booster Pack Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend .flat.
Trial Deck+ & Booster Pack The Fruit of Grisaia will be released in the near future.
The extremely popular series will be receiving more upgrades with Booster Pack The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie.

Events
The Bushiroad Championship Series (BCS) World Finals will take place in January 2023.
This marks the first BCS World Finals event since the pandemic began in 2020. It is the culmination of the most competitive event of the year, BCS, with invitations extended only to the top players from each regional championship event. This year, the event will be held in the Los Angeles Convention Center, and will be open for spectators to enjoy. More details on this event will be made available shortly via the official website.
