You've got it the other way around, the games will include the anime discs.

Nope. This is the same system as the original Idolm@ster anime. The G4U sets are Blu-rays of the anime series that come with mini PS3 games that let you photograph the idols.

These will surely be on the Im@s Channel in the future, I'll get all 9 when they come there as I don't want to spend $700+ dollars on the BDs when A-1 hasn't delivered who I wanted to see in the anime.

If it's not a set why is it listed under games and distributed by a video game company as a game with the PS3 label on it. There is a version of the first volume that's just the show itself but the way this one is being marketed and label is for all intents and purposes a video game software with the episode packed in and some other extras.

The product is listed on the anime's website on the Blu-ray and DVD page and the anime is listed first on the contents list. The package says "TV Anime Idolmaster Cinderella Girls G4U Pack."
