How do I make my lists of my anime and my manga public for anyone to see?

When you're in the My-Anime section. Click on Edit my categories in the Misc. subsection on the right.

There, you can edit the properties of your categories, and set to public the ones you want to. Just click on edit beside the category, then check the box on the bottom. The links you can use to see the list will appear under the checkbox.
