Crunchyroll Adds Akira Anime Film

Crunchyroll announced on Friday that it has added Katsuhiro Ōtomo's Akira anime film, courtesy of Funimation. The film is in Japanese with English subtitles, and is available for Crunchyroll members in the United States and Canada.
Video streaming service Tubi TV added the film to its catalog in January. The film is streaming there with the Pioneer English dub.
Funimation released the film most recently in a collector's case Blu-ray Disc and DVD set in June 2016.
