Crunchyroll to Simulcast Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles Anime

posted on by Karen Ressler

Crunchyroll announced on Friday that it will stream the Ms. Koizumi loves ramen noodles anime as it airs in Japan. In addition, it announced premiere times for three previously announced simulcast titles: Junji Ito "Collection" will premiere on January 5 at 10:30 a.m. EST, A Place Further Than the Universe will premiere on January 2 at 8:30 a.m. EST, and Laid-Back Camp will premiere on January 4 at 10:30 a.m. EST.

All four series will stream worldwide outside of Asia.

Crunchyroll will premiere Ms. Koizumi loves ramen noodles (Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san) on January 4 at 7:30 a.m. EDT. The series will premiere in Japan on January 4 at 8:00 p.m.

The anime adapts Naru Narumi's manga of the same name. The gourmet comedy follows the daily life of Koizumi, a high school girl who looks like a cool beauty at first glance, but actually has an unexpected side of her that loves ramen.

Kenji Seto (both seasons of The Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water) is directing the series at Studio Gokumi (Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn, Kinmoza! Kiniro + Mosaic) and AXsiZ (Wagamama High Spec, Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn). Tatsuya Takahashi (Eromanga Sensei, And you thought there is never a girl online?) is handling the series composition, and Takuya Tani (Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn) is designing the characters.
